General
This kinesiology tape by Rocktape is strong, sticky and won't come off during movement. With a tighter weave than some other tapes, 180% stretch and strong adhesive , it's the perfect option for intense workouts and exercise.
The tight weave works to increase support on muscles and joints, whilst the 180% stretch mimics the skin to promote a full range of motion. Made with a blend of 97% organic cotton and 3% nylon, Rocktape is waterproof and uses hypoallergenic acrylic-based adhesive, suitable for all skin types and latex allergies.
