General
This GPS running smartwatch from Garmin does the thinking for you. The Forerunner 245 Music evaluates performance stats such as VO2 max, aerobic and anaerobic training effect and training status, which indicate whether you are over or under training. Listen to your own music through the watch by pairing it with selected streaming services and store up to 500 songs on the watch for phone-free running. This watch can also be paired with the Garmin Coach app, which can be used to access free training plans. Can also be synced with Garmin Connect, Garmin's free online fitness community.
